Statement regarding Delaware County Indiana Exposures

 We strive to make a difference in the lives of those around us. Our team of dedicated, passionate volunteers work tirelessly to provide awareness and education of the dangers of online child predators. As we continue to grow, we hope to build more relationships with law enforcement agencies around the United States. However, we have had some road bumps along the way. If you are wondering why these individuals that are exposed in Delaware County are not getting charged, here is your answer. 

The Prosecuting Attorney of Delaware County Indiana has publicly made a statement regarding what he considers civilian vigilante groups. We, however, do not consider ourselves a vigilante group and rather a non-profit organization fighting to bring awareness to the dangers of online child predators. Unfortunately, Eric Hoffman has decided to not bring charges to any individuals we have submitted as tips to law enforcement as of December 2023.
