PCM: Predator Catchers Muncie

September 2020, I was casually scrolling social media as we all do and this live video popped up that a friend of mine had shared. It was Eric of PCI, LIVE and confronting a man he had talked to online as an underage child. I was appalled, but I was completely in shock when I seen him go live literally the NEXT DAY with another man. I inboxed him immediately and told him I wanted to do this in Muncie.

I immediately got my “decoy” account set up online and started chatting. The SAME DAY, I had my first local man from my hometown, where my niece and nephews walk the streets and attend school, wanting to pick up a child from the local supermarket and “take her to lunch.” I knew immediately this was a HUGE swept under the rug issue and I wouldn’t stop until my community fully was aware. 

I’m Brooklynn I was born here locally in Indiana from a small town outside of Muncie. I spent my childhood up until high school in the sunshine state and I spent my high school years and on back here in corn country. My team are great hard working and dedicated souls. We take complete pride in what we do and each and every single one of us are beyond passionate in our nonprofit. Most of our team members are mothers and fathers of young children in our community. They are survivors of child solicitation themselves! We are out here to fight for the greater good. We see this issue for what it is and will do everything in our power to spread its awareness. To seek justice for those in our community who may not have seen their day in court or weren’t strong enough at the time to fight for it. It’s a fight that never ends and until then PCM will keep swinging.....
