Josh, former Portland, IN police officer was arrested May 27, 2021 for Child Solicitation and Attempted Child Seduction by a law enforcement officer. Mr. Clark was remanded to the Hendricks County Jail on a $50,000.00 cash bond according to a post made by Avon Indiana Police Department.  To view the post, click the link below. 

On July 21st, 2022, Josh Clark was found guilty by a jury of his peers. He was sentenced to six years and must register as a sex offender.
